Recollections
This page is intended to provide readers with links to some of the more memorable periods and events in my life. I will try to keep them in as chronological an order as my memory and the dissertation permits. I hope you find something to like or even spark some of your own memories in these small stories.
With my parents reaching advanced years I find I am thinking more and more about family and the importance of sharing as much time as our busy lives permit. My parents left their families in Niagara Falls to move to Port Arthur in 1948, a distance of 1,000 miles, to begin a new life and raise two sons. I in turn left Thunder Bay in 1971 to begin a new life in Saskatchewan and Alberta. I married and with my wife raised a son and daughter and they to have moved on to start their own lives.
